History: Born in the north to a Guard, Melissa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
