History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Cook, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing a long, black cloak, and is pretty ugly. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
