History: Gifted from a young age, Williamina studied abroad. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Armorer born in the past three hundred years. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
