History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and expand her business

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balimaar will drive conversation. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
