History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Millicent is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
