He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a hand crossbow on his belt. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
