Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small green clips. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and human compassion

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This tall, slender woman wears dull blue sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed axe, just in case. She wears her golden hair up. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Ahlyssa wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a great chef.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. After coming to the age of reason, Ahlyssa took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
