History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Eloise reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Eloise and her spouse have recently divorced.
