History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Adelard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud
