History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Guy learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Richard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
