The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Eloise was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Scribe work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's in love
