History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She has never given up on her painting dream.

In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Justin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
