History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance.
