History: Katherine lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
