Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Vicky was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Katherine was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
