Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a long, green cloak. His hair is cut close to his head. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to protect his home

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: 6'6" and muscular, this western man wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to work out more often

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Born in the north to a Architect, Trym learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to clean up the streets
