Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born to a Animal Trainer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Yvonne was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sailor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
