He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.
