Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Katherine was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
