History: Cecily was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Cecily was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
