History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in a small island village. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she wants to get laid
