History: Jane lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Apothecary, but she got bored and became a Sailor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
