She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
