Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Matilda isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Helen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
