Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. He has moderate length black hair. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Gerard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available she will default to her scimitar. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
