History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Millicent hails from a village terrorized by goblins. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Millicent never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. Her hair is cut close to her head. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
