Ahlyssa Palomarez, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Standing 5'11", this woman wears skinny pants and wears a brown and blue robe with the hood down. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Priest but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
Ideals: Pacifist, Gifted. Flaws: Insane, Cynical. Occupation: Priest
Voice: Spits and sputters

Ida Hayden, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a nunchaku on her belt. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Ida was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ida's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Hubert Bentham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is short and chestnut. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Charles Hartford, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Enemies, Family, Adventurer. Occupation: Miner
Voice: Speaks with a cold
