Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Aline took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Aline never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Yvonne began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cook. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rohesia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Rohesia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.
