History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Joan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born in the west. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a simple violet robe with tan stripes complete with hood. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: William wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
