Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
