History: He was born in the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
