As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now mingles about in high society.
