History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helen embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Helen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. After coming to the age of reason, Nicholas took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
