Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired him part-time. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is physically well-built. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and revenge
