Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Matilda speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Matilda was born with her mother's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
