Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'10". He wears a simple violet robe with brown stripes complete with hood, and his gloved hand is found clutching a lance. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat, and is pretty ugly. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Justin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He is a Engraver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home
