History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He has amber eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.
