Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family.

History: Joan lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and regain custody of her daughter

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to find somewhere to settle down
