Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shane does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Actor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his axe, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and regain custody of his daughter
