Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well
