History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and she is greedy

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has shaved her head bald. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
