Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vicky was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Vicky was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vicky's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Vicky and her spouse have recently divorced.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now owns her own business.
