Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has wavy auburn hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barkeep. She's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Adelaide is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Herleva lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure
