History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Egelina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cecily will drive conversation. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to work out more often

History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cecily fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
