Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is dressed in a clean red cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker red hat.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. She has wavy chestnut hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Millicent was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and further expansion of business

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Don does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Don was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
