Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Oriel abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. During her travels, Oriel and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Oriel discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
