History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Beggar business.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
