Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lance will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This tall, slender woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a Roofer, her father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts

Description: This tall, slender woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ermina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Dyer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent father
