Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Melissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
