History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Mary took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
